In the winter of 1986, I went with Harley Holsinger to row and demo one of his first Claka Craft drift boats for Bob Nicholson (Baldwin Creek Motel owner) on the Per Marquette river. We launched at Gleasons landing and took out at the still unfinished Rainbow Rapids launch site before they put in the tapered gravel road down to the ramp. And this video shows exactly (in reverse) how we retrieved the boat. I was a stronger man back then. :muscle:
Not everyone will agree with, understand you, like you, appreciate your character, personality or politics. Not even a few benefiting from your knowledge and/or generosity. But stay true to your beliefs and convictions.
